If you can re-post it on Amazon that'd be great.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;FWIW, the main benefit of buying from ORA is a pretty PDF (if you get the bundle), and that it kicks me a small amount more on royalties.  But if you're just looking for dead tree, by all means get the cheaper deal @ Amazon, I didn't write RBP to get rich :)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Thanks again.
